Not sure if you or anyone else can answer this, but can one expect the same good treatment from a dealer even if the person purchased the bike elsewhere? And, do you know if Milwaukee have loaners...

If you try them out, I hope you will share your experience here. I am in need of warranty work. My regular shop in Chicago (NOT Chicago BMW) also thinks Milwaukee is great.
