I read about the melted indicators before I fitted the "Big One" one mine. What I did was take a strip of aluminium and bent it up to for a heat shield for the indicator. 4 years on, no problems....

While the stand is thin walled tubing, another weakness is all the stress is taken on the bolt itself. This will simply bend.
So, stronger stand will certainly help, need to distribute the forces...

There is no combination that will get that screen back. The Tyre/tire size setting is only available for the first few hours, then it is locked. No way to change that after.

Shame you've now got some clutch (or torque limiter) issue.

Reading from some of the other guys that have that 30ltr tank and the under the pegs exhaust... it all works better after it's got a few dings in it! Guessing that increases the back pressure,...

Not to doubt your ability, but I do not think it would be possible to route the exhaust through the frame in the manner you suggest. There is not space for the pipe to comeout, the only hole...
