F800S/ST Bracket Kits

Work is still in-progress on these kits. A delay was encountered due to a request to build a kit for another light mfg., which is also still under development. My kit will still place lights under mirror, outside of fairing. Extensive re-work has been accomplished along with an adapter plate, required to allow necessary standoff of the bracket from the fairing body panel.

The mirror extender work has been discontinued due to high labor material costs associated with the type of work required to produce the kit.

F800S/ST Kit

Finishing 650/800GS kits this weekend.

Put those to bed and will be finishing 800S/ST kit.

Bracket already done. Final work on adapter base that will mount under bracket arm, providing elevation space off fairing panel for brackets. This adapter base will have a wire slot machined at bottom, to allow light wiring to run thru, beind mirror base, thru drilled hole in plastic, between the mirror studs that are screwed into to mount side mirrors. End result, wire from light is tied to underside of bracket arm, close to fairing panel and disappears into bike. Confusing right ! Really very simple to execute. Brackets will be 'cold-rolled-steel, black powdercoated and pre-punched for various PIAA and other mfg. lights..

Bracket designed to hug fairing panel and keep lights tucked close-in. Aux lights will be in-line, on horizontal with headlamp bulbs...

May have some pics next week for viewing. I had already posted something on this, but the original design has been changed to keep things tight, bracket arm has been shortened to eliminate vibration and material has been beefed up, as well. Powdercoat material will be black, semi-gloss, mil-spec (non-fade) polymer..

I had been working a couple of under-mirror solutions for some time and they got sidetracked in favor of other higher priority projects.

I am resurecting the project in a week, or so..
