As of yesterday, F800Depot.com is now offering live online assistance and product advise via a new interactive chat system. Using it is quite easy, just click on the Live Help icon on any F800Depot.com page. It looks like the following:

And enter your name and question. F800 Depot staff will be summoned and will be able to assist. The system will also proactively prompt you after you've been on the Depot for over 5 minutes.

We've installed the system because phone messages typically go unanswered during the day (it rings in the warehouse, and we're typically not in it until the evening) and email is a bit too slow.

Feedback on the system is most appreciated - along with feedback about the Depot in general.

So perhaps I was the first to use this earlier today (tried to do the Rally purchase stuff at work) seemed to work pretty well overall - should prove to be a very useful thing.

    THANX Rob

Ah HAH! I thought that was you.

I've actually spoken (typed?) to about dozen folks over the last two days using the system. I think it really works well with folks.

Nope. There is a serious supply problem with them right now. According to the importer, there hasn't been exactly zero Carbon Hexacone imported for the last 6 months.
