Sent a message via Contact Us at the bottom several days ago, but have received no response or action.

My previous username was 'Mouth' from ~8 yrs ago when I owned an F800ST. I no longer have access to the email address for a password reset, so have created a new account (this one). I would prefer to have them merged, with my old username to remain with my email address on this account, please.

Who is the 'us' to PM, yourself directly or another account? Sorry, I'm confused. I gave all the information requested in my original contact us, and again in my response to Danniella M. 4 days ago. I'm finding the whole experience and support with this site very confusing, for what is quite a simple request.
