The current GOP would rather destroy this country than lose an election. And if not stopped, they will destroy the country I love.
They've already destroyed our relationship w/ most of our allies and it will likely take a full generation of something very different than the last 4y to restore what's left. And they continue to undo many of the smart environmental protections, all of the advances in health care coverage for your fellow citizens, destroyed months and months of hard thought through policy and agreements in the Iranian nuclear policy now completely undone. Here's my analysis of the various cohorts who will work to get him elected once again:
1. Die-hard Republican sheeples whose only goal is to win, no matter what the cost. This includes all of the various congressional people and traditional straight Republican votors who know full well how fundamental bad the cult leader is, and simply believe he'll still have a good shot at winning. These people have no conscience, no dedication to science, or social justice, or sustainability. About 35% of the total vote to win again will come from this cohort.
2. Wealthy folks w/ very little conscience, who aren't thinking about the party winning per se, but just know who butters their bread. They don't look out very long-term, and they in some measure are narcissists themselves. About 15% will come from them.
3. Evangelical Christians, amongst whom many welcome the End Times, and who believe as long as abortion is made illegal, this is mostly all the matters. They don't care about long-term sustainability because a core concept is the belief the so-called Fall of Man brought sin into the world and as a result the entire natural world is corrupt, so really is beyond 'saving'. Plus, since their primary goals are winning more souls for Christ, and getting up to heavan to hang w/ JC thruout eternity, you don't want them in any positions of power or policy making because they live in a very different world than the world they are passing on to their offspring. About 25% will come from them, w/ a few Catholics thrown in for good measure, though they tend to adhere a litte more to the basic teaching of Jesus of Nazareth in my experience. I've been involved in both domains personally.
4. And finally, a basket of blue-collar workers, farmers, gun fetishists guising as 2nd Amendment affcianados because you know someone is coming to take their guns away, some police and some military. This makes up the remaining 25%.
Bill thanks for posting these they help, a little! It's just amazing what four years have done to this country by this fellow and the hypnotized robots who continue to support him. Just think about it: we're literally appearing more and more to be on the brink of a civil war w/ the current ploy by Trump to discredit the election. He's stated w/ regard to the peaceful transition of power, 'We'll just have to see..." or something along those lines. Can you imagine what could happen if the race is close? On the evening of Nov 3 Trump may well have the lead, and when the main-in ballots are tallied days to weeks later, Biden could very well have the lead, which will then feed right into Trump's narrative re mail-in ballots being rigged. I can see a massive uproar coming from both sides at that point, to and including armed rioting degeneration into more organized conflict. Just contrast the state of the union when Obama handed over the keys to Trump. And now look at the state of the union today. As stated previously, you could not engineer a more effective Russian Trojan Horse, and be there escalating civil conflict post-election this would clearly be the ultimate prize for them.
Posting here prevents me from running into the middle of the street shrieking obscenities. Hollywood, on a month long acid trip, couldn't script the trump fake presidency. Someone asked me how anyone could still be supporting the clorox clown. I said I was pretty sure there were millions still supporting hitler as allied bombs destroyed their cities.

Famed Election Lawyer Ben Ginsberg, a GOP Lifer, Sets Fire to Trump’s Voter Fraud Rhetoric in Brutal Washington Post Op-Ed
For nearly the past four decades, famed election law attorney Ben Ginsberg has been a fixture of the Republican Party’s legal team. A key figure on the George W. Bush team during the 2000 Florida recount, Ginsberg has represented the GOP in scores of Congressional and state elections. But now, Ginsberg is slamming the party — and especially its standard bearer, President Donald Trump — for their rhetoric about elections being “rigged.”
In a scathing op-ed published Wednesday by the Washington Post, Ginsberg accused Trump and Republicans of manufacturing controversy in order to gain an edge.
“The president’s words make his and the Republican Party’s rhetoric look less like sincere concern — and more like transactional hypocrisy designed to provide an electoral advantage,” Ginsberg wrote.
Specifically, Ginsberg took aim at Trump calling mail-in voting “very dangerous,” and stating that only the only way he can lose the election is through cheating.
“The lack of evidence renders these claims unsustainable,” Ginsberg wrote. “The truth is that after decades of looking for illegal voting, there’s no proof of widespread fraud. At most, there are isolated incidents — by both Democrats and Republicans. Elections are not rigged.”
The consequences of the party’s talk of fixed elections could be far-reaching, as Ginsberg sees it.
“Republicans need to rethink their arguments in many of the cases in which they are involved — quickly,” he wrote. “Otherwise, they risk harming the fundamental principle of our democracy: that all eligible voters must be allowed to cast their ballots. If that happens, Americans will deservedly render the GOP a minority party for a long, long time.”

Is that a "rule" or just the way Trump was brought up by his dad? I think everyone would be better off if they inserted earplugs when they hear his name. The only person who is really going to be happy during the next few months is Putin.
