I took that sign to be a protest against the protestors behind her. I think she was trying to make a point about what happens if you open up the state.

The funny thing is that the San Francisco local Fox News TV (Channel 2) station is just as liberal as every other TV station in the Bay Area. I only know of one very conservative radio station in the area. It is KSFO and its ratings are pretty far down the list, although it is just one spot below it's sister very liberal radio station. Both are owned by the Cumulus organization, as are 6 other radio stations in the Bay Area.
