Hi all, sorry for not writting more often but things are getting crazy as time passes.

Installing the Speedbrain has not been that easy, still we had the issue with the bash plate which we will have to modify cutting and welding, pretty weird

    This is the bike now

Well if the bash plate is the main problem, then I think you're in a good situation The bike looks nice

I would even consider just having the original plastic bash plate

So you did get the WP Cone valve forks and front wheel sorted out ?

I did warn you that it wasn't that easy and needs a bit of hand fitting to go smoothly.

    The bike looks great, Jose.

Thanks for your comments!! After some work, "cut and page" with bash plate, it is sorted out but I dont understand why the bash plate requiere some much work if it came with the kit

For the cone valve, I had to modify the Xtrig, now I use KTM front axle and some parts have to be made to use muy Haan wheel.

Crazy week this one, bike has to be ready on saturday

    Cheers!!

If that bash plate is just mounted with bolts I would secure it with some cable ties. It would not be nice to have it flying, maybe causing some damage to your rear tire, swinging arm, hitting the cables and fuel tank. Anyways, you probably have thought about this already. At least my aluminum skid/bash plate broke one bolt and the others got loose during a trip, luckily I noticed in time and fixed it before loosing it.

Jose, I can't help you there does the muffler have a "decibel killer" insert. Does the baffle pass all the way through ? Meaning can you stick a piece of stiff wire all the way down through the mufflers length.

There is not a typical DB killer, so I guess there is something inside, I will HGS to find out

Bike is already in Marseille for shipping
