    I've now spent some more time with this vest and I'm pretty impressed.
    Here's a video of us doing a test deployment with the new MLV:

    I've got a dumb question. On several occasions when in some way (iPod, other accessory) I've essentially been tethered to my bike, and forgotten to remove the cord before stepping off, only to be jerked back violently by the bike. If you did that with the vest, would it inflate?

    Hi Brendan,
    I get this question a lot and the answer is that it is very hard to accidentally activate the airbag. It takes around 60 pounds of force to activate the airbag. There is a short small video from our FAQ page showing what normally happens.

    The only reports of accidental deployment I've gotten back are from people's buddies sneaking up and yanking the tether, which is pretty damn funny.
