I interested in either the F800GS or F650GS.
How much are BMW dealers willing to take off list price.
In NY state F800 list for $13395 (incl. del.)
    F650 for $11195 (incl. del.)
Then add our 8% sales tax and registration fees.
Can I get $1000 or more off these prices
    Thanks for any input.

Unless they are older model year bikes, or BMW is offering a promotion, most BMW dealer do not generally offer discounts on new bikes. YMMV

+1 They are such low volume items, and dealers are so far apart that you generally won't be able to negotiate much. Maybe for a demo or a year old bike.

Your mileage definitely will vary here...

Rob and ohg are right on - what you may be able to do is negotiate a reasonable discount on accessories (clothing & add-ons such as panniers) as part of the overall package. But check - there are some pretty good deals (low financing etc) on existing models.
