    I agree his ranking is correct but the torque wrench conversion to strap force did not compensate for scissor jack extension.

    The screw has more leverage fully extended than at lesser heights.

    Another thought is whether a strap/buckle should intentionally release before the helmet pulls one’s head off the neck?
